Business Life Mentor
Shifting potential into reality

Logan Niederer
Founder. Director- BL Mentor Ltd.
The need can be as varied as the individual or the company, and Logan’s time can be tailored to those needs. It may be as varied as once monthly catch ups and summaries, to hands on “boots and all” management for companies needing someone on deck through periods of transition or crisis.
A flexible, accommodating style of working means Logan’s consulting skills can be tailored to meet the needs of the company and its people.
One off projects are as easily adopted as large ongoing management and overseeing positions. Client needs for short term projects have included re-vitalising sales forces before busy selling seasons begin, while longer term assignments have included overseeing businesses in preparedness for selling.
Logan also understands the demands that small owner-operator businesses face, and can work on one to one coaching for owners and managers needing a re-injection of vigour and vision for their businesses.
Business and Individual coaching
If you are an individual in your own small to medium enterprise things may have gone stale – mentoring sessions can help re-set goals for owners and staff of SMEs, motivating in a realistic, down to earth way that reinvigorates people and businesses to achieve the potential they may have forgotten they had.
Sales and Business development
Logan can bring valuable insights to sales planning, execution and review. His skills across all business areas mean he can work to connect sales teams with the entire business, building understandings of timing, production and marketing that can affect how teams sell, and how much repeat business they create. Regular reviews with sales teams and their management can ensure they are on track, delivering the results desired.
Insolvency and crisis management
Logan’s practical management skills and strong accounting background have seen him recommended for some large business insolvency management in recent years. This includes managing the sale of a large kiwifruit orchard, and achieving a value 15% above market rates. A large manufacturing company and hotel complex have also been subject to successful liquidation and asset on selling under Logan’s management.
